"Little Angel Nappies"

I purchased these nappies and when opened found them faulty. I returned them to the store. I exchanged them and left it at that. Today I receive a letter apologising and explaining what is going to be done to rectify the problem. I also received £10.00 voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

Thank you very much, it is nice to know that there is good customer service and someone is taking on board problems and try to resolve them.

In this day and age good customer service has disappeared. Well done Asda.
