"Bad customer service"

To be far one barber was so polite and could tell i was not happy with the other barber. The short round young man was dismissive, rude, sarcastic and had an attitude through out the the hair cut. He only cuts hair but was carrying on like his time was precious, i waited TWO hours to be treated like i was a nuisance. They let them selves down..
