"Back Massage left me overed in bruises"

After booking a 30 minute back massage, the therapist began giving me a deep massage, she had asked how hard I wanted the massage and I said fairly but not painful. She said I had a few knots and there was a bit of 'cracking' heard and felt whilst she was doing it. After I left as time passed my back started getting painful and not the normal muscle aches you get after a massage but actual pain from leaning back on a chair or touching my back. When I got up the following day I had a bruises all down my spine which got worse and spread as the day went on..
