"Terrible customer service - avoid"

I received a skin therapy massage and facial as a birthday gift from my husband back in September. The first appointment I could get for a weekend though was December 6th. Three weeks ago however I received a voicemail whilst I was at work cancelling my appointment because of "staff shortages". I was invited to call back or re-book online. I have tried calling nearly everyday but they never answer - I've left multiple messages and I cannot book online as the offer my husband got expires in February and there are no times I can make before then due to my job. This is customer service at its worst and all I want now is a refund so I can go somewhere more reputable..
