"O Abbey Grange my alma mater!"

I went to Abbey Grange CofE secondary school as it was then from 1965-71 and loved every minute of it. Remembering Mr Leech's board rubber well too but never a recipient! And Mr Slack was my headmaster too along with Mr Haigh and Miss Gawthorpe. So long ago and so sadly missed. My favourite teacher (Susan) was Mr Abbatt who taught history and if you remember me I'll be surprised but those who called me hobby horse or Betty big t**s or knockers knobson you live on in my memory!all the staff were special and I still miss those times!.
